Updating an old price. Previous price was set 6 months ago with no proof and has not been updated. Currently this hat is under the nuts and bolts stahl, which it shouldn't be. The purple fetti one has been updated to around 1.6-1.9 buds.

There are 4 in existence. I've managed to track down 3 of them. I own one. The seller told me that he received 2 bud offers all the time, though the evidence is only anecdotal. And I personally don't plan on selling it.

Highest offer was 60 keys. Other notable offer I saw was a smoking fed fighting fedora (1.4-1.7 buds currently).

Fourth one's location and trade/availability status is unknown to me. If anybody could find it I would appreciate it.

I know that all of the objective evidence comes from that one trade from the third guy. I believe that the 60 key offer was a bit of an abberation, so I set the upper price a bit lower than that. The price of this hat is a bit ambiguous since they almost never enter the market, but I think it's clear that the current price is too low.
