It was bought on this trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5866859 The guy there bought it for a Beams softcap plus a strange huntsman, around 6 buds. He was also offered a moon shanter and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5801534 also a moon tavish on this trade as well.

there are two trades for this hat recorded: one was for 3 buds, the other for beams softcap (4.8-6.1) + s.huntsman (8-9 keys), which doesn't add up to 6.5 pure
EDIT: yes... two months ago, s.huntsman was worth 19-20 keys, but if we factor in overpay in unusuals/items it still doesn't reach 6.5 pure
You should also remember, the trade is 2+months old, the huntsman was worth more then.
