So yes, I've decided to go with the suggestions provided to create a more suitable pricing. Behold; a new price.
Links are below reasoning.
This hat is commonly found with previous buyouts of 7-6, and buyouts met at 5.5, given a day or two. I myself paid 5.66 in unusuals.
Link 1 is a valve duplicate with a buyout of 5.5
Link 2 a buyout of 5 pure that was eventually accepted,
Link 3 a buyout of 5.5
and Link 4, at a buyout of 6.

Sorry sir John, I stole your links.
I don't think a buyout should determine the high end (link 4), as we have no idea if he sold it or not. No vote for now, just putting this out there.
Buyouts vary from 6-7 on the couple that've been unboxed earlier. So I chose the latter to serve as an estimate. Obviously seven is difficult, and six is a realistic overpaying amount of .5 (supposedly in unusuals.)
Do we know for a fact that second link ended up trading for 5 buds? Could you clarify what your unusuals were that you paid with?
A bit too much going on faith at the moment.
I payed the following:
Flies glengarry, orbit planets gym rat, orbit planets bicorne, smoking pith helm, bubbles fez. He added .33.
Link 2 did end up selling for a stormy cannonball, which was 5 at the time.
Im only accepting because the listed proofs are all duped. If we were basing off of that purely, I would reject.
And I have a soft spot for re-listers :/
