I'm selling my Eerie Rimmed for 3.5 in keys right now. My Eerie is being sold for either 3 buds pure or 3.5 buds in keys. (He is still gathering). The other one on the market has had numerous offers between 2 buds-4 buds his c/o on the hat is 7 buds. The Flaming Lantern Raincatcher is going for 2.7-3.4. So I find this at a stable/fair price.
Also please note that I am new to the unusual trading scene so I hope you can base a real price of this hat even if my suggested price was wrong. Thanks.

Just like to note swift is an erie collector.
And really...how has this not had a price yet...
Where is the 3 bud offer?
Also, highest offer i see is the burning mining light (3.6~ in unusuals--3.2~ pure)
found the 3rd one on sale too
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8012567 no offers week ago
Well, I'll be damned, Thanks for showing me this I still thought there was only 2 on the market. I'll keep an eye on this trade also.
My 3 bud pure offer was standing in "collecting buds" it is the hidden comment. I added him we had a discussion and he didn't want the hat. Still recognized as an offer though. I had 2-4buds as a rounding estimate. I will stop doing that in the future. The highest price for the burning mining light on backpack.tf is 3.9 unless that is being changed I used that as a basis of 4 buds.
except the most accurate prices tend to be the center price. (which is why your bp value is calculated with the average)
And you also have to factor in an unusual overpay as most traders expect and want one.
I highly doubt the other trades will sell for their BO of 7 buds...
This person offered you 3.5 in keys a week ago, claiming that he would have it by the weekend. Even if he's an eerie collector according to McCoolName (with one eerie in his bp), are you sure he's not going to pay in sticky jumpers? :P
i happen to know swift, hes an erie collector, so if he made the offer he had the intent to do the trade. (whether that intent will remain is the question, but as i said hes in erie collector so it prolly will).
Edit: not so much an erie collector, more of an erie lover.
OK I still think it's better to wait until after the deal goes through to resuggest. And since it would be the only traceable sale so far, so the high range could possibly get 3.5
agreed.
Yes they won't sell for 7 buds but again it is just a b/o meaning you can still offer just 7 buds pure will take it no questions asked and "This person" said he is getting paid soon and will have the keys shortly but you are right I should have said it is an offer still. The high end 3.5 is still in my mind but I thought of it as an over-pay so I wasn't going to put it has the high-end in here as the other one on the market is looking to trade it for unusuals so I am un-sure on what to put as a price from his trade.
It's not sold yet
Thats also not how prices are set.
The low end is an offer which is relatively easy to attain (yet not a lowball).
The high end is what the hat can achieve with some patience (usually the highest successful sale factoring out massive outliers).
Very conservative, and I like it. Since sales are hard to some by, and offers are sketchy, you suggest a price notably conservative when comparing with similar effects and past unusual offers.
Ty, makes my job easier when I dont have to explain why im closing a suggestion.
