Where is exactly the guy with a B/O of 8 buds he is only quickselling it, not a B/O. And just because someone is quickselling for 7 buds does not lower the price... Downvote!
It is also the reason high range is 8.5 and not 8.

Your 1st and 3rd link is the same guy looking to QS @ 8. Maybe a range of 8.5-9.5 would be a more accurate update?
The first link is a quicksell, and we wouldn't price things based on quicksells. Also, this trader claims to have gotten an offer of 7 buds + eerie private eye...
The old price does need an update, since 12.5 buds is highly unlikely, but quicksells (unless they're not taken for an extended period of time) shouldn't influence price.
Well, everyone can claim that they got some good offers. But without a proof it doesn't mean anything at all.
