http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7921264 Offer of 3 bud pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8298098 Offer of 3.5 bud pure
Current range is too low bumping a 7 month price
Hmm. Don't you think the low end of 3.2 is a bit too high? The guy in the first link bought it in the first place for about 2.05 buds in unusuals only 3 weeks ago (ss milkman + some keys). Although he may have added a little bit, definitely nowhere close to 3. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7587641
And before that, only a month ago, this guy sold for buds + s gunslinger which at the time would have been about 2.3ish? http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7184946
Also, this guy has posted for 3 months and he has not gotten an offer more than 3 buds. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5320950
Agree that this needs a bump, but that seems a bit much to me.
At the end of the day, I'm curious if the first trader takes that offer of 3 pure.
It's not low because he is getting offers of 3.5 bud pure. only a hour ago and other people are offering 3 bud
I'm just going by the two that actually sold at less than 2.5. And my suspicion is that the guy offered 3 buds will take that deal. I'd say a range of 3-3.6 seems better to me.
It's a 5 key difference. tbh you might be right but we'll see if he takes it.
Did you change your range? I swear when I looked this morning it was 3.2-3.6 and now its 3.1-3.5. I didn't think you could do that.
I didn't I guess a mod did. I'll take that as a good sign.
So here's a question for you. Honestly, I don't know the answer myself, but I want your opinion. So I know that unusuals, especially high end ones, are hard to sell. But take this hat. It has been sold twice for 2.05 and 2.3 in the last month. Another guy has had a trade up for 3 months with no offers better than 3. Now, out of the blue, a guy offers 3.5?! And is rejected?! Based on one bid in the last 3 months at that, should the price really be raised to 3-3.5? I mean, I dunno man. That honestly either seems (a) like the guy might be manipulating the price or (b) has no idea what hes doing. I'm going with (b) because I've seen him posting everywhere for price checks. He's actually looking for a moon mullet and not even the burning flames one. Have no idea why he even offered there.
Just thinking aloud. I'd welcome input from the mods as well on this.
The range was changed automatically because key price/earbuds price was going up.

70 keys --> "A bit too low sorry, i already have been offered 3 buds several times. "
Seems like you're wrong.
Well, thats what I meant by "not offered more than 3 buds" (and thats in 3 months). If he was offered 3.1, I bet he'd jump on that. As it is, 3 would be even below this range of 3.1-3.5. I dunno man... That seems a huge jump based on one suggestion. Do you think that this being a high end unusual makes that okay? Are we okay to base our new high end price off of one suggestion when others have sold at 2.05 and 2.3? I mean those two were sold for the LOW end of the CURRENT suggestion in the last month.
And sorry if you misunderstood. But my question was a general one about unusual hat prices. Say the guy had multiple offers of 70 keys (and not 3 buds). Along comes a guy who posts that he will pay 3.5 pure on one mullet. And gets rejected. Does that eliminate the fact that other offers are lower and that others sold for much less?
Well your trades are a bit old though and if it gets good offers lately, so your trades doesn't really count. And as I said I want to see how that 3.5 pure offer turns out and if it was valid.
I hardly belive he will instantly take an offer of 3 buds + 3 keys just because it's more than 3.
I would rather like to see how the 3.5 offer turns out. Let's se he get it for 3 pure the 3.5 offer would be invalid.
I'm not voting here btw. ;)
2 best offers from one person-perhaps, I support you UP+
