The current price of 3-3.44 seems quite a lot low, considering many traders are ignoring offers in the range of 1-2 keys.
Majority on the market are "special" levels (eg. 0,1,42,69,100). Below are all "common" level trades.

Upvote. I was considering making a vote about this myself. The other hatless vintages are also higher than their prices here.
Ritzy Rick seems fine at the 2 keys that it is on, doubt I'm 'gonna vote on that. A lot seem to sell for 2 keys as it is, anyway.
What confuses me is why it's considered over double the value of the other two before my votes.
Oh I never saw that the Ritzy Rick had went up in price a few days ago, 2 keys looks about right.
I think the price rises in the the other two hatless are mainly just lagging behind the Sniper, but all are getting offers around the 2 keys mark.

That's quite a long range.. Downvote for me, range should be smaller. You are talking about 3.44 refined!
1-1.5 Keys would be a better range
With enough patience, it looks as if the hatless hats can be sold for 2 keys tops. Some of the trades I have listed show people are willing to pay on the verge of two keys at least, with a 1 key + 3 ref offer and a 1.5 key offer, both of which have not even been accepted for whatever reasons.
This is why I believe the range should be this large. From what I can tell, 1.5 keys doesn't seem to be the highest sell point, the above trades show this, so I thought 1-2 keys was suitable.
