Low end is supposed to be an offer which is readily offered.

High end is what is supposed to be possible yet some-what difficult to attain.

only 2 offers actually get above 24 keys, and there are only a handful that hit 24.

low end = rejected = unrealistic for buyers to obtain = easy fucking downvote
