Conclusion, Lots of 1.66 b/os, and a 1.3 offer and a 1.5 unusual sale. Eh, since this is a refresh and lowering price, Ill leave the high end at 1.6 to give owners a chance to sell for ~1.6. I dont want to blatantly lower the price too much.
