Do you want to know why it's dropping in price? It's because it's the most common non-achievement hat in TF2 and before its retirement it was nothing but a craft hat that very little cared about. Almost everyone has one. There are also other alternatives to it like the Cosa Nostra Cap or the Hat of Cards.

The bubble has popped. The demand for these retired hats is nearly gone. They are going down because they're somewhat lackluster hats and they're severely common.

These are more common than normal genuine hats. And you can't get new genuines. And normal genuine hats are under 2 ref. Why these should be many keys?

well they can, but only in extremely rare cases, such as, if thats the only one on the market, or the only one in existence, Then you'd just have to base the price off the offers the trade gets

its not about manipulating or changing,the site just shows the price the item is bought and sold it. We only change it to match it to the market, if people are selling fedoras succesfully for 2 keys, then we update the price to be 2 keys, not the other way around.
