Since valve retired it, the demand appears to be skyrocketing, and unlike the non-unusual versions the unusuals actually are a limited enough amount reducing the risk of the price falling. Also, it has been getting pretty good offers consistently for several weeks. (more proof of it not being a just a quick unstable spike)
