Since the hat was retired getting these unusual's for the listed prices is impossible. Even Mid-Low effects like this are selling for 2+buds, and people are buying them:

3. Please try to make the price up for a unusual u dont have.
there's nothing wrong in making a price for an unusual you have, as long as you have good proof, you have the right to suggest a new change of price.

The proof is basically DIY, it took me under a minute to find an offer of 2 pure. Not sure about the high end, but look into it yourselves.

IN SHORT, there aren't many of these on the market, and it looks like 2-2.5 might be an alright range. A guy was willing to take what was probably around 2.2 buds, but that's why there's a range, I guess. It's up to you, but I think I'll stay neutral.
I'd like to see the opinion of a mod on this, the suggestion is right imo, but the guy suggesting it had no idea about it and was apparently trying to mislead voters by providing fake evidence..I'll stay neutral as well
It's time like this that I wish there was a way to put the rep towards a commenter.
In the end, it's more important to get correct prices in than to worry about who's getting rep. The suggestion is correct, even if only proved by a different user, so in it goes.
