High End: the highest offer is 6.5 buds which appears to be an outlier, so not weighting it fully (6.2), which results in 5.6~ once factoring in an overpay.
Leaving the range wide considering the gap between offers (under 4, or above 5).

1- there is only 2 in the world , all those links is the same hat level 83,
Link 1 + link 2 : the same hat, two friends are selling it , short time 1-5 days .
link 3,4 : the previous owner : sold it for stuff worth 340+$ = 9 buds

The low end is supposed to reflect an offer made quite frequently. All of the offers above 5 are few and far between, and the only offers below 5, are around 4 and are offered frequently.
Also, i'm keeping the range a little wider due to it being 1 of 2, and bc of the inconsistency of the offers.
Link 10 "quicksold it"---considering that was one of the highest offers made, i wouldn't call it a quicksell.
Wanna show some proof that link 3,4 sold it for $340+ worth of stuff? His backpack value going up $348 does not mean thats what he got....
"Link 5" admitted to trading the glove+1.5 buds, which means that his bp value couldnt drop 8.8 (due to that trade) since the glove doesnt actually have a price.
And yes, i know a lot are the same hat, but that doesn't matter, simply showing all the offers harvest buckets have received over the last 2 months.

the scammer put it on sale with another scammer account due the banned on his previous one

You've yet to show that. The offers from the past 2 months don't seem to show that.
And fyi, not all scammers quicksell their items, a lot don't especially once they've already been marked since they're not worried about getting rid of it while they still can (which someone who is about to get marked would be).
Yes, 5-5.6 might be a better price, HOWEVER there is a huge gap between offers (under 4, and above 5.5 in items). So because of that gap, i left the range a bit wider. Also comparison price checks suck.
think again of it :4.2-5.6 ( 1.4 bud range = 40 keys ) !! TOO BIG
buyers will pay low end value = 4 buds
sellers will ask for high end = 6 buds
i could only use big range like this in super high item worth 50+ buds
