I have no idea how, but these things can get a key. People also still sell them for 2.66...

Can't believe this is the high range? I'd be buying up all the ones at 2.66 ref but I don't see any unsold ones.

And by the way, most of the links you've shown have sold. And that one guy with a c/o of 3 ref has a b/o of 3 keys. who is gonna buy from him? And the guy you say has plenty of capes at 3 ref has had a TON of adds for his capes at that. He's just offline and his trade gets autobumped.
