This doesn't seem to get many offers over 3.5 buds. The highest that I found was a Headcase, but it was retracted very quickly (he may have discovered that he was overpaying). Anyway, for the purposes of this suggestion, I think that it can safely be considered an outlier. One on OP with a buyout of 3.2, someone's collecting that. Many offers of around 2.5, so that's probably a more accurate low end.

Conclusion: Needs a bit of a nudge down, buyout of 3.2, most offers are ~2.5 buds.
