Last suggestion used wrong currency and no proof, but this IS actually going up.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6666836 Rejected offer of 84 keys (~3.11 buds), offerer has way less keys than that but no conch. Reverend Chernoobyl offers 3 buds + 12 keys, but retracts claiming to have bought one for 3b + 10k--has one in pack, but this WAS a month ago.

The rest on outpost are in sets. It's pretty clear that no one is willing to let this go for 3, and buyers who actually want one are willing to pay more.

Full disclosure: the buyer from link 1 is a friend of mine and requested I update the price. Being the generous person I am I obliged them.
