Recently sold my G. brigade helm for 10 keys, but I've seen other people offer a bit lower. For the most part when I got offers for mine, I generally got offers for 10 keys or white/black bill's.

          early is better than late and having to go through 1 million suggestions. Current range fits outpost offers & steam market better than the other one so accept.
