Many people look to buy at 3.33, and do get some occasionally, but people who sell at 3.66 still get sales rather quickly.

            Rhetorical Question: Why is it that almost everyone who has ever proposed a key suggestion has almost zero suggestion experience and hardly any rep? I mean, how many of these do we see a week like this? 10? 20? Should there be a minimum Rep threshold one needs to meet before making currency suggestions? It seems like there should be. Any thoughts anyone?
