Previous suggestion: 3 months ago, showed a offer of 14 keys but suggested 11-13 keys (maybe fluctuation?)

Low End: Got 12 keys offers pretty easily + some quickbuyers would pay 12 keys.

High End: Item offer of ~14 keys pure + 14 keys B/O (not obviously a B/O on outpost though). Conservative bump.
