Price hasn't been bumped in half a year; seems it's due for one.

It's current suggested value is 14-18 keys.

After searching oupost, bazaar and classifieds I only found there is one on the market:

I am suggesting a price of 16-21 keys because that's halfway on both the current copper and crocleather prices (since hats are usually overpay).

You could tell me 1 isn't enough proof, but when there's only 1 on the market there's only 1 you could go by. :P

Your first link shows only a c/o of 15 keys, the guy who offered does not have it in his inventory. The second link seems rather fishy, as the seller only seems to have a backpack full of untradables and a few cheap weps + crates, and once again, neither have it in their backpacks. The third link was an offer of 18 keys + a genuine and clean hat as sweets, which support my suggestion that the price should go up.
