Well if I would have 300 accepted suggestions flat, I would not suggest 1 more unless I'm planning to reach another nice number (and his last suggestion was 1 month back).
I'm not really sure why he suggested this. This is so random, when he suggests its usually on a more popular item.

2013 is overrated.
the guy got an offer of two ref recently (at the very bottom at 3 ref for a quackenbirt and the hat in question) so this obviously needs to go up, despite what mr.bucket says.
Also, seeing as this guy has made some questionable posts in the past, i see why some people just don't like him, but this suggestion is legitimate.
