Just a small readjustment. 1.3 offers are the most common, and it seems to be a definite low end (i.e. the start of the offers that people will consider). There are recorded offers up to 1.5 buds, but the 1.5 bud offer came very quickly so I'm being cautious and going for 1.6. Just moving the entire range down .1, really.

Conclusion: This price is several months old, could definitely use a readjustment, even if it's just a small one. 1.3 - 1.6 is probably fine for now.
