It wont. Everyone was hoarding these like crazy because "happened last year and i'm sure it will happen this year too, I'm totally unique and nobody else had the same idea."

There needs to be a rule on this site that states, in big bold letters:

Sorry but, "We all know the price will grow..." is a poor reason to increase the item's price listing because it is based solely on conjecture rather than fact.

As it stands, the Festive Buff Banner is considered the least desirable Festive weapon in existence due to the fact that it's cosmetic effect isn't visible in first person view.

Also, I would just like to add that at this current time, people are still jumping to unload their Festive Buff Banners at 0.66 Refined, so I'm going to have to vote "NO" on this one.

One thing that separates Backpack.tf from the Spreadsheet is that prices here are based on facts, not conjecture or what the admin thinks they ought to be, So come back when you have proof that a lot of people are selling theirs for 1 Refined.
