All of the Searing TCs on the Market hav B/Os of 20+. One sold recently for about 18+ in unusuals

Should be ~20-21 in unusuals = ~18-19 pure.

So yeah upvoted because this is a better price than the previous one and might be still to low (one of the owners claims that he get 19 pure offers constantly in severs).
