With 2 offers of 1 ref, why am I not moving it up to one ref, one might say.

I just think that the 1 ref offers were given because one was an anomaly and another person saw it and panicked/ both are amonalys. Though a 0.66 seems solid.

I'm honestly surprised that there's not a lot more people selling the item right now.
