I'm gonna upvote. Valve made all the store-purchasable hats and miscs craftae shortly after this was released in the store. Meaning there aren't many uncraftable versions that exist.

Its dirty, no dirty hat should be in the same price range as a clean hat till the numbers of those dirty hat drops to be classified as rare, till than its worth .33

This is not a rare item by any definition.

Its rare in that not many are trying to sell them though.
