backpack.tf claims that there's only one in the tf2 universe, but 3 people are selling it. Probably it's duped.

It's too hard to judge its price since there's low demand for it.

As I mentioned, backpack.tf shows only one 13th modest, but there's 3 of it in the market ㅇ_ㅇ

I didn't calculate V. Big Kill to value the price of hat. It's a month old, and It's retracted, although it's the best offer so far.

The highest price is based on V. Service Medal(16 buds max) from Link #1, and "quicksell" price(17 buds) from Link #3.

Some people might think that it's too low for halloween limited all-class unusual, but I'm not a big fan of "rare" unusual. Why are you trying to spend 16 buds for purple stormy storm effect, while you can get a nice scorching modest with the same price?
