The pe seems to be worth at least 4.5, also http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8383322. He got his dream hat (his old guad) back and a spy combo. So this deal should be 9 buds at least.

Secret crown = ~10 pure --> The crown is worth ~12 buds here but he has a B/O of 11: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8105121. So if we value it at 11 buds that would be ~10 pure.

Scorching ballcap + 1 = ~9 pure.

Cloudy Moon Your Worst Nightmare - Max Head --> seems that it was traded for that. Current price of the YWN is 13.3 buds (outdated) = ~12 pure - 2 pure = ~10 buds.

The seller got a private backpack btw so that bicorne seems to be gone.

Bought the hat from the link above most probably for 10 buds. Is banned from outpost so he has to deal with bazaar.

C/O 10 buds, could be traded for that.

Low End: 9 buds because of two deals and some offers

High End: 10 buds because at least two deals even if they are not totally clear. Also one 10 pure offer and the secret crown offer. Conservative bump imo because not all is that clear and many things you have to take into consideration here.
