1.33 is too high, they are in crate #54, and over 74,000 of them were found.
You need to post trades showing sales at 1 ref not only to confirm your price but also to show that the vast amounts of 1.33 unsold aren't just because of too many sellers.
Also anything other than your 1.33 ref unsolds are irrelavent such as 3.33 ref unsold.
The numerous unsold 1.33s is just as important as a sold 1 ref. It shows that 1.33 is too high, and really no one wants to buy them for that. Not showing a sold one for 1 ref is just showing that no one goes below spreadsheet price for weapons like this.
Unsold proof counts as proof only if it backs up the main topic (1 ref). Also, sometimes there are just so many 1.33 sellers that only a few can sell. By only posting non sales your proof is being bias.
Now I'm not saying your wrong - this item is clearly losing value, but people using this site want to see proof of it
For example
this would be valid proof suggesting a price of 1.11 ref, not that its enough, but an example
I started thinking...wasn't the strange sniper always 1 ref? what in the world happend to make it go up or am i thinking of Bazzar bargain or some other rifle?
It used to be much more expensive. It has recently declined due to the re-release in crate 54. Yeah, probably thinking of bazaar bargain, which no one (at least not me) likes.
Ah okay, so crate 54 is involved, thanks for clearing that =)
Nobody likes the bazaar bargain? Sir, take a look at page 4, row 4 of my backpack.
Ok, I don't like it. Surely it has nothing to do with my
terribleprofessional sniping experience...I checked one link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8382869 and he rejected 1.22ref
Looks legit but it's only 1 bit of evidence
there`s already another suggestion showing they still sell at 1.33
I sold two of these over the weekend for 1.33, three all together in the last week or so.
Some people will be able to pull that off, but not everyone can. The ones that I've seen have been unsold.
Very little effort on my part. I posted them here on classifieds and bumped them occasionally if needed.
I didn't check classifieds one here, just tf2outpost. Like I said, that will happen sometimes. You can sell a bud for 30 keys if you're lucky. I've seen it happen.
all of them you search up on outpost are usually unsold, since outpost doesnt show sold ones anymore. there are probably a lot being bought right now, but you cant see it, since it doesnt show up if its sold. You'd need to show proof at sales at 1 ref. I've seen them go at that price before, but i've also seen a lot go for 1.33. If you can get any good proof, 1-1.33 may be better.
Deathreaper is right 1-1.33 sounds like it could pass, if you find that great evidence
1-1.33 ref would be better range, but definately not 1 ref straight. I sold mine for 1.33 ref after a day of posting it on outpust.
While you can't see finished trades in the outpost search, you CAN search for buyers and see what they're actually buying for. Look for quickbuyers taking them in bulk at ridiculously low prices (never works), see if you can find anyone offering to sell for 1 ref there. It happens more often than you'd think, not that it always gets accepted.
You can easily find these from sellers at 1-1.33ref. Depends on the seller cause most sellers now a days ask for to much when they know they wont possibly get what they want.
