NOTE: All prices will be based on the USD value of unusual hats from backpack.tf's database and $33/bud and $1.30/key. Due to the completely inaccurate backpack.tf cash prices of buds (~$37) and keys (~1.36) all my PC's will be in USD so that the database will store reasonable cash values for the hats. Until the website is altered, ppl will just have to deal with the silly exchange rates :(

Suggested range is being conservatively being bumped to ~$600-667 with an avg. of ~$630usd based on the recently updated price of the searing TC offer primarily. The current avg. price of $420 is obviously too low.
