Just look at the classifieds. There are more than one offer of 6 keys there sitting for more than one day. There is even one for more than one week. If that is not proof enough i managed to find some trades in the outpost. The place is just crowded with 12+ key prices. Sorry hoarders

    one is actually not selling the crate and put in the comments that he is selling his whole backpack at once (reported)

    the other three no longer have the crate in their backpacks, which implies they sold them
