Please note that all prices listed are according to this website, and once again that the last time this particular hat was updated was 4 months ago.
The spartan might be a little to high here. Also use the average values of the hats/items and discount a few keys (unusual/item overpay). The bombing run + box offer i.e. is more like 25 - 28 keys.

That was suggestion to drop it's price, the high end was based on a deal that is now 3 months back, I think another drop could be reasonable.~
i've got to agree, i think 32 is too high. You have to keep in mind that people expect an overpay in items.
Earbuds are around 28 keys now, and the current high price for the Spartan is 1.4 buds, which would be around 38 keys... So I am putting overpay into consideration, by a generous amount.
Well the spartan is more like 1-1.3 now, so the average would be 1.15 which is something like 32-33 keys. With overpay it's something like 30 in the end.
Except that no offers are valued at top dollar.
Pretty much anyone that uses bp.tf will look at the low end when valuing an offer.
Thats why people lowball their hardest on outpost, If it's a Highend-god tier effect, then people will offer what the hat is really worth as demand for it is higher and people fight for it, This mass flies demo fro is just fugly, why would anyone want to raise it's price?
since its been retired ppl have been trying (although most are pretty unsuccessful for two obvious reasons)
First of all, there are plenty in existence to supply the entire unusual market

Your preference of unusual effects means precisely nothing. The fact that there are a couple links from Outpost showing that the hat is going for more than what the current range is.
And Wolf, I don't know where you get your math from, but since the high range is 1.4 for that hat, buds went up by 1 key to establish a range, I am deducting 6 keys from the maximum 38 key range for the Defiant Spartan. It does not matter what you THINK it is worth, but it does matter what it ACTUALLY is worth according to this website.
