Just sold mine for the Bubbles Jefe offer: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8379355
You need more proof. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/meetthestats/discussions/0/864957912659621148/ - read it.
Did you read the past suggestion? Comment on the first (rejected) one was "would reconsider with at least one more real offer". I have that now.

Just wondering, but where have you taken your values from?
Bubbling Jefes seem to have offers of over 2 buds, so where does your 1.3-1.8 come from?
Also, your handle was a dupe, though I'm not sure it factors in as it's an awesome effect? Some might try to say that you got an even better deal. So I guess what I'm saying is that you got a good deal and it's hard to price the handle off it.
Seems tricky as there's not a huge amount of info to go off?
In the last suggestion, I was offered 2 buds but the seller decided on another hat. The top range was chosen from the bottom of the Jefe's range: the best pure offers I've received were 1 buds + 2 bill's and 1 buds + 15 keys about 2 months or so ago, which were also shown in the suggestion before that: for much of my suggestions, mine was the only one on outpost. Best offer other one currently on the market has is a blizz handle + 20 ref : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8363317 (same guy later offered handle +25 on my trade), which is just under 1.3 (what I picked as the low range). The love handle doesn't come on the market often, and the times that I've put my old one up my offers generally stayed above 1.25.
Cool, good to know that extra info.
Haven't voted yet as it's a tricky one to decide, but I would guess that you're right and this is an old valuation that's out of date.
There are now 2 on the market (or should I say one :P ) So I guess there will be some more incoming proof!
