Conclusion: There seems to be a high amount of buyers willing to buy for 6 keys or more, so I would say that 6 keys being a flat price is less accurate then the past range. Realize I based this off buyers to show people's willingness to pay at or more than current price with most having the intent to flip for more. That is why I have chosen to restore the previous range. Please comment saying whether you agree or disagree.
