I'd agree with your suggestion, but It'd be nice if there was proof of a sale at .66

The only buyer on outpost rejected a 1 ref offer, but they've had no lower offers either: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8008650 - so maybe a range .66 - 1 would be better?
