since this is so themed and the last one on the outpost is priced 10 buds by seller, i think more then 10 buds will be fair

There is NO C/O on the unusual in question. Just because he's setting his preferred price at that does not mean that it is magically worth that.

and i remember i payed him almost 8.5 buds

and few ppl suggested me 10~10.5 buds in unusuals few days ago

Yes 10 buds may be the minimum for him, but I hardly believe anyone will pay that much again. And if someone is willing to pay more than 10 you can suggest again.

Edit: The actual price reflects perfectly what you have paid, your backpack value hasn't dropped at all btw.~

Even Nappers with blizzardy storm is not considered as themed by their owners, why should this be themed? This hat is new, that's why it's price is this high.

Well, it's just my opinion but this looks ugly compared to headwarmer or nappers. Those 2 look much more winter'ish and blizzardy stom really fits these hats. I don't see this one being so expensive.

Well as I said, that is your opinion. You don't have to pay that much for it, you don't even have to buy it at all. But all people that own one have paid that much so this is the price for it.

I'm sorry for you, but please keep that this website is not for expressing your personal opinion, it's to give an accurate pricelist of the actual market.

Here, price suggeston requires proofs. And minimal accepted prices and BOs are not acceptable proofs. You need to share with us COs, the CO accepted, and a screenshot of the trade if you want the suggestion to be accepted.

Gotta provide proof, not opinions. Downvote from me :P
