It's been a month since last price change. Many people are selling for 10 keys. Proof in comments!
You could post all those links in this one comment (and edit it if you got new links). Also you have to show that buyers at 9 keys are minor succesfull.^^

i have bought more than 10 for 9 keys this week sold 6 for profit!

People it is not about who is "selling" it at this price. It is about who has "sold" them at this price. Are there people buying it for this price? Give us proof that we have buyers willing to dish out 9.5 or more keys for this and this will get approved like crazy. Downvoted, no proof.

for 18 euro each is a firm 9 keys you cant raise that at 9.5 as much as i like them to be rise!
I was offered black bills plus a couple hats for mine and also offered 10 keys straight up, didnt take either offer though. You may call me dumb, but these are getting in higher demand (maybe people want it for selling a scout set?) The funny thing is with BOTH those offers I did not have it up for trade, people randomly just add and message me.

As seen above, this seller accepted an offer of a black bills for the V. Lugermorph. This is an offer of 10 - 10.5 keys showing that people are willing to pay that much.
Wait a minute...did you just call a black bill's 10-10.5 keys? A black bill's is a low 10 key offer. Really hard to sell them for 10 keys right now.

from the other hand the softcore trader steam market buyer doesnt care about stuff like price suggestion key to ref currency and such shit! the only thing they know is the vintage luger is a must have item !! i have sold more than 7 at the range of 18.55 euro to 23,55 euro that's a bad-ass profit!

i own 4 lugers i have 12 lugers posted on outpost pages!
truth is that from 8260 lugers 60 more or less i bet for less!are available for trades!
25 in steam market less than 50 on outpost i guess!
and the numbers are getting lower since steam market launch
3 are sold daily in steam market that will reduce the available lugers for trade to half by the end of this month !
well its a market that everything can happened!
i will just wait for a month with my 4 hands full of lugers!

There's not enough evidence of 9 keys being unobtainable. People do reject 9 key offers, but there's many v lugers unsold for 10 on outpost.
There's so much seller competition at 10 I really am not seeing enough reason to shrink the range.
