High End: 1 Colelcting offer, 1 B/O, Moon Hallmark (free upgrade) + 0.5.

Conclusion: A wider range to include offer and realistic B/Os since no sales were detected. Also 13 is a nice average value and you can't get two of them with 13 pure because their only response would be, got offered that before, looking for more. :P Updating an old price btw.
