Nobody in classifieds selling for 0.66-0.88. http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/rocket%20launcher

I recently bought 2 RL's for 1.33, the seller wouldn't go lower (Was a quickseller, sold me a s. DR for 2.33)

first buyer is 0.33 but its quite hard to get at 0.66 but not impossible i think

You need some unsuccessful buyers at .66, so far you've only proven that 1 ref is a good price. Might even be 1 ref flat.

That does help. I especially like the fact that the first link has someone willing to sell at .88, which helps your case a lot. Second link is buying at .33, not .66 though.
