http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8327904 Has offer of 1 rec and a weapon as top CO

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8450972 Has offer of 1 key and 1 ref as top CO.

These things cost 10 bucks to buy in store, which is just dumb. The price is remarkably high due to collectors and low numbers of these as uncrafts. Only 4 on OP.

Reopening due to last one being close due to large range. This is hopefully CLOSER to what is acceptable.

don't see why this proofs suggested price

do we have to do this for every single weapon now? I dont see any 2-3ref trades, so downvote.

if there are regular price voting for every f**king unusual hat with every f**king unusual effect then why not to do this for every rare uncraft? It's have more sence because unusual traders anyway use other sites for pricecheck

Are you unable to read my proof? It's RIGHT THERE.

Thats not proof, 2 people making an obscene offer on an item (not rare by any definition) only proves they either do not know the current price or do not care.

These are not being sold because smart people already know their value. People wont even do a 1 dirty for 1 clean for these. Prices shouldn't be changed because people aren't smart enough to educate them selves on pricing. Worse still, prices shouldn't be changed because of someone else greed.

There are also a crap ton of bills hats. Yet they are worth 8 keys about. They aren't rare either. If an item is rare (yes, it is rare, if they aren't easily obtainable, which they aren't, then it's rare).

OP just bought one for a scrap, for what it's worth

People don't always know an item's value. A guy sold a Cauldron Bubbles Team Captain for 1.66 ref. Easily relatable trade.

the same could be said for the people offering 1 key+, unaware that there were 3 available on outpost for a scrap each

wtf. Am I suppose to vote yes or no.

The one key offer is 3 weeks old and it didn't happen at the end. Also, who values items by their price in mann co. store?

collectors value them by their rarity , and this 10$ crap weapon is rare as hell.

why would a collector pay an insane price for a crap item when he could probably get it for free or extremely cheep off some nice person, it makes no sense!

collecting has no sence at all =D

also, it's rare, and prices is where supply meets demand =)

thatss not the case if rarety has something to do with prices then triple a genuine badge should cost 10 buds!

              but it dont!

              yet!

                there's 20,000+ of them

                http://stats.tf/item/441/Uncraftable_Cow_Mangler_5000

link 1 offer of 2 rec

I think the current price is outdated, but 2-3 ref is too much for this weapon.

Rarity has nothing to do with value, demand does, and it's a NC weapon thats like saying a NC cozy camper is is worth 2-3 ref just because its 10 bucks and that weapon has no point to it so it must be a "collectors" item as well. Dude you have no real evidence supporting your ridiculous claim other the a few post from people who were probably just messing with the retard who thought it was worth something in the first place. close your trade or face more bad rep it's easy.

Although I do not agree with this pricing, I have to point out that you said "Rarity has nothing to do with value". Really? Have you ever heard of this little thing called "Supply". Rarity = Supply and if you think neither have anything to do with pricing then I don't know what to tell you.

My evidence is that people are willing to pay higher prices on these items than is now. If that's not evidence enough, I have no clue what is.

One guy gets an offer of a key, and now its 2-3 ref? What...

                        It's the average of prices

Too high. I mean, you are.

                          Can you read the offers?

I'm not seeing anyone except one exceptionally lucky offer of 1 key... one buyer isn't enough proof to change the price

actually there is no proof of any 1 key offers. he merely claims that he has had that offer before, probably a lucky offer that he was stupid enough to decline.

It is not rare by any definition, maybe once thousands of them are deleted than they might deserve a higher price but no one wants these, specialy if they cost more than 1 weapon. Its dirty, its worth 1 weapon if that.

It is not a Rare item, there are a few (less than .01% of tf2 players) who collect but no one is selling these because they know the value is dirt right now and smart people wont pay more than 1 weapon. A lot of time needs to pass and number of them need to drop before a justified price increase should happen.

Going to upvote but it's tricky without good proof, even though it's hard to get proof on this

Why isn't everyone praising this suggestion like the same retarded uncraft hat suggestions because "There's only 6 on OP and look at dem offers"

Offers = price of an item, just like unusuals. If it's uncraft or not makes no difference

I agree, I also think that the price of uncrafteable pompon, fancy dress uniform, all-father, and all extremely expensive store items should rise in value.

got this for 1 weapon 1 week ago from reddit/tf2trade

Just as an update for your suggestion, link 1 was offered 1 ref now and rejected it, and this link was offered 1 key for this + non-craft bison: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8467203

Is that..? An uncraft cow mangler in your backpack?

Yeah, I own one and know prices since I've researched it.

I'll give you 2 scrap for it. Deal?

                                          Thats just STUPID

I have one of these and I'd love to sell it for this much, but I don't think there's enough evidence :/ As expensive as they are a lot of people got them from the Grodbort bundle, I think. Note the previous suggestion- 17 thousand dirty cow manglers. Not enough of a low supply despite the high cost.

The majority of the uncrafts are in BP's of noobs.

                                              You make me laugh.

read the proof, it backs me up

This guy is right. Just look at my trade/old trade.

this is a troll suggestion right

People not knowing the true value of their items. There are 20,000 of these, get your facts straight. Downvoted.

                                                  The proof = the price

um, why does this price make sense?

It's rare, offers are getting this high, etc. The proof proves it all.

                                                      20,000+ != rare

woodsy, your statement made no sense

there are 20500 uncraftable cow manglers...

and there is not enough proof, just a persons claim, there also isn't any proof in your trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8465082

price shows evidence for .33-.66 to be more accurate.

                                                        Wow... just wow.

Read the proof before you judge.
