http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8253663 Most telling link I can find, been offered $70, Blizzard Party Phantom, and a bud + 23 keys within the last two weeks, Blizz has been c/oed. So without going a bit further, seems people won't be getting this one. Some are looking for 2 buds and getting rather close to their B/O but not yet selling, Blizz party Phantom makes it reasonable to assume you can get a lil over.
I hate to be nitpicking, but the blizz phantom (being listed as 2-2.6), can be considered unusual overpay and the fact that many people put 2 Buds as their B/O shows that more will unlikely happen (because who pays more than the b/o in pure)..I'll stay neutral on this, but I don't think 2.1 sends the right message, I'd rather see 1.7-2
Still better than the current range and if the op don't want to resubmit this, I will upvote.^^

they adjust the range a little bit afterwards usually (at least they did with my buto suggestion, I had 7.1 and u guys were suggesting a lower high-end, they accepted it and changed it to 6.9)
They do nothing, that's the key prices that change everything.
well but it was .2 Buds lower after just 1 day, can .11 change that much?
Seems so.
I'm gonna leave it as it is, yes its overpay with unusuals blah blah but its a good chunk of over pay, .5 overpay if it passes just at the high end for a quarter value overpay, so I feel the .1 is justified.
