Most offers range between the low end of 6.3 and the high end of 7 and above
well to be perfectly honest the only offer I consider out of the current range (as all unusual offers are within what can be considered unusual overpay) are the 245$ and there is no evidence on your trade for that offer (there are LOTS of scammers around and I personally don't trust anyone who makes personal cash offers before writing in your trade on tf2op, because they are most likely already banned or have no sort of rep whatsoever)
That's true, I don't have anything to support the $245 offer but it was from a private add. I had a feeling he was a scammer also because he didn't have many items of value in his bp. I denied his offer not only because I don't deal with money but because it seemed a bit fishy as well. Thank you for supporting my case with your reply to Hazza also. I really appreciate it.

that's just a very bad response, he is not one of the people who is just trying to raise his own Unusual with no proof, he has done some research and put together a suggestion that is worthwhile considering..shame on u for being so biased, u would have upvoted this if he didn't own the hat (and he clearly states that he does so ur no detective either)
I never said I downvoted coz of that.. lol I just like it how people change their own unusuals/other items sometimes ;)
