I like to submit a price of 14. These scarfs aren't selling for 15 keys, and 14 keys can take a while. There are some sellers who are trying to sell for 13 keys(I sold one recently myself for this price).

Feel free to counter proof if you can find recent 15 key sellers. If it's too soon, I'll resubmit these same links in a week if none of them can sell for 15.

why not 13-14 instead !

Too much of a dip at once especially with the few amount of sellers. So for now, I just want to remove the 15 key part of the range.

unsold 15 - unsold 14 - unsold 13 .. of course you'll find sold for 11-12 in buyers trades , so 13 should be in the new range

Feel free to copy my proof if you want and make your own counter suggestion, but for now I'm keeping it at 14 even.
