Conclusion: The owner of the first one was ready to jump on that Treasure Hat + 12 Keys offer, the only other Bubbling on the market accepted the offer as well, so to me that should be the high end. The 28 Key offer was retracted, showing that he was in fact not willing to pay that much. This seems like a range that would fit the offers as well as the range of the other Stove Pipes.

no sir, I left out that N&B Prussian + Flies Mining intentionally, the guy was in a massive rush to get the hat and sold it onwards straight away, looks like some sort of deal to me..the only good offer is that treasure + 12, I strongly doubt it ended up to be 14, he said he'd add sweets to the 12 for the paint and another guy accepted the offer too, doubt he would have added 2 more and if so it was for the paint/level, not the hat
