That's all the proof there is. It seems to be rare with only a collector buying it for a scrap. No sellers.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8416173 (1 scrap)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/76553287 (buyers)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/76553908 (sellers, there aren't any)
Well, all of them are buying craftables, they didn't specify they wanted uncraftable (one is collecting all the sashimonos he can because no one wants it), except for one, aaaand the buyers page is almost as short as the uncraft. (one having none, and the uncraft buyer is only one)
I'm buying uncraftables as well, for 1 weapon each. I wouldn't give more than one for it.
Not proof, not even a maybe, he is listing every dirty weapon in TF2, They are worth less than one clean weapon. This is not proof
Not every weapon. Seriously.
Really? A dislike? Do you see every weapon having a suggestion? And if its not you...
No, he picked the ones he suggested a new price for very carefully. The common assumption: "dirty is worse than clean and thus has less value" is a false assumption
I don't see any market here for a price increase.
Although I was not supporting the Fan O'War, I can confirm that it was not easy to find this Weapon. I would've payed at least a Scrap if I had found it in a public trade.
dude you post this on every suggestion of dirty weapons that Hugh Jazz made
are you his friend? are you trying to change the price?
Dude, that is because Hugh Jazz actually took the time to figure out which uncraftable weapons out of 134 deserve a new price. And since my statement is true for all three, I just copy-n-pasted it. They are different suggestions after all. Why should I be creative in bringing the same point across?
well you are a collector and if this gets passed your bp value would go up a bit(not a lot)
Only you would like to pay 1 scrap or someone whos looking for a dirty one
dont really think any one would like a dirty weapon for 1 scrap
"think any one would like a dirty weapon for 1 scrap" ... and they don't have to, but I do.
If supply is zero to none, even a small demand of collectors is enough to set this at a higher price than a craftable weapon (the alternative for people who don't care about craft / uncraft). If one of those was to enter the market for offers, we collectors are willing to pay more to not have to compete for the item with people like you. If there were many entering the market (high enough supply) that would be a different story. But that is not the case for this weapon.
And please don't copy arguments (bp value) when they make no sense at all.
Look I am not gonna get into an argument with you.
I am just saying that, not everyone is a collector and would pay 1 scrap for a dirty weapon.
I said the same thing. What you don't seem to want to understand is the supply side here. It does not matter much what you value the item, collectors have the upper hand in this case and that's why they set the price.
