first link is also a collector and by that logic every weapon should be raised just because of this guy
It's a pretty niche market for these, only very specific collectors would be interested at all. Don't think we need a price increase just because a small handful of people are creating a small amount of demand.
Sure the demand is small, but the supply is just as small - there's 5302 according to the comment below, but it's very difficult to find someone selling in game and there's none on outpost. You could safely assume the majority will never enter the market, so it's not such an absurd proposal to make (this site is mostly based on opinion after all), although I do agree a scrap is too high =)
Current notes in stats show the number of uncraftable is 5302. No this is not a special item, it is a dirty weapon worth less than 1 weapon. No body but collectors want these. Sad we have to now vote on every single dirty item in TF2 because the .0001% want to raise the cost because the .000001% want to collect one.

Although I was not supporting the Fan O'War, I can confirm that it was not easy to find this Weapon. I would've payed at least a Scrap if I had found it in a public trade.
i m sorry man but this dont seem like succesful suggestion. you re awesome contributor but you can t set price on dirty weps because of some collectors. if you want to lose your rep you can set price at 1 bud.
btw can you tell me full list of dirty weps you want to rise to scrap?
How is this any different to UC Hat's increasing because of high ballers and lack of sellers/collectors? I don't see why you would need anymore proof (if all these 1 hat for sale suggestions are getting accepted).
Most dirty collectors will pay a weapon each for any dirty wep they have not yet acquired, however anyone else will not consider any of these to be worth even a weapon (someone paying in items say for a .33 dirty hat - no one is going to take 3, 4, 5 of these in replace of a reclaimed. - my opinion) The 1 scrap buyer mentioned is the only one I could see buying an uncraftable one - which I don't believe to be enough evidence to change the price. I can't be bothered looking at all of the uncraft items you suggested prices for XD But I'll have to downvote this one.
