Current price of 2.8-3.4 is a few months old, several on the market and all getting interest but no "add me's" so no sales on the offers. Looking at the trades, there are a lot of UNACCEPTED offers at or above 3 buds including a 3 pure/7 keys offer. Based on all that, I'm thinking a slight bump up is in order as the 2.8 low end does not buy this hat and there have been plenty of offers that exceed the 3.4 top end.
The Holiday Headcase, Blizz Juju, the Purple Energy Shako + stuff, etc, etc, were offered on multiple trades, so I'm only listing them once below... To the proofs!

just some formatting advice, don't put spaces between offers made on the same link. (Group them all together and only leave line spaces between different links).
Also, i dont see any offers above 3.7 in unusuals [3.3 pure]

On price, seems to me the lower range needs to come up for sure. On the upper range, there's repeated offers of a Headcase, the Juju, and the Shako+stuff along with the 3.3 pure. The hat offers are all solidly over 3 and arguably are around 3.5 which is above current upper range. On the Headcase and Juju in particular, those were offered several times. Figure the value on both to be 3.6-3.8, and again you've got multiple offers above the current high end that are going rejected by hat owners. The 3.3 pure is right on the current upper range and went rejected. The current range is being rejected even on the gifted hat.
My conclusion is bump overall range up .2 and it's more accurate for current market in terms of what you can get for the hat and what you will need to offer to buy it. Seems to me based on all the offers (and there's a bunch) that 2.8-3.4 does NOT get you the hat.
TLDR: best offers that have gone rejected are 3.3 pure to 3.6+ in hats
