Not sure about highest value, BUT look at this situation:
There is 5 of this hats, and 3 of them exactly in hands of collactors (including my one, I am not gonna sell it), there is no information where is another one, and the last one is only for sale([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8256937[/url]). As we know this guy bought it from unboxer for 4.3 (4.5) pure ([url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6834572[/url]) , and now is not going to let it go lower then price he payed (by myself offered him 4 in mix offers, he said he will not accept it even in pure). As you can see, all offers, based on 3.5-4 range had not been taken into consideration.
Bought mine for 4.3-4.6 (can enclose screens if it will be needed).
All that I wanted to say: there is noone, who gives you this hat for the lowest current price, and noone who gives this hat even for middle current price.

Price manipulation is not allowed. Prove they're collectors. Anyone can say their unusual has most of them in "a bunch of collectors backpacks and they will never sell", but that can't be proven and you never know when someone will decide to sell.
Kind of surprised Backpack.tf doesnt have rules on not being able to post price suggestions if you own the unusual.

I have conversation with him before buying mine about price he payd and how it looks (he is wearing solar system combo, beams cap and planets beak). He told me that his hat is not for sale, and he has agreement with the previous owner to sell it him back. Of course, I dont have screens of this chat. But anyone, who dont believe, can ask him about sale his hat to receive the same answer as me.
Sorry, gotta disagree man. I don't want people to add me for my hats either, but that doesn't mean I'm a "collector" who will "never sell". Same with the 2nd seller, someone who has agreement to sell it back to the original owner doesn't mean they are a collector and will never sell. They're actually saying they WILL sell it down the road, to the original owner.
It feels like you're trying to convince people of an artificial limit or availability on your hat to raise the price. While the hat may be worth more (maybe), it seems sketchy that an owner is bringing it up and the proof is "oh this hat is more limited in supply cause collectors have it" (in theory). You should let someone ELSE without a vested interest in raising the hat price bring it up. Otherwise it looks sketchy and clearly self-serving.
Well, I am trying to be very polite now, but… can you read man? Or do you have problems with clicking on the links proofs to see my provement? If you don’t want to do it just for continuing there unnecessary discussion, where proofs are nothing (but you required that, I can’t understand you man)? Please stop it. I will not follow you again.

I don’t understand why this stuff «he is collector or not a collector” make sense in this case. He told me he is collector if this fact very important. He told that he promise to sell it only to previous owner. Some troubles? Ok, I explain.
I am notice it to improve that second hat now and in near future will not go for free trading at outpost. That’s all.

I don’t want to shock you but limit is always one of the factors that make sense in reducing prices. but if you dont want to look into proofs and named it artificial, it only shows your desire not to listen to opinion of anybody except your own.

Don’t see anything in this fact. If I have proofs that now price is not correct, why I am not have rights to make suggesting? This looks «looks sketchy and clearly self-serving» only if I currently sell this hat. But I love this hat very much and don’t want to sell it anyways. I do it only because I thing this beautiful hat is unfairly underestimated.
I saw your link, but there is a difference between not selling and NEVER selling. And you don't have to worry about me being "disappointed again", as I never was in the first place. I just don't like people trying to manipulate prices on hats in their backpack for personal gain. I see you have no problem with that however.
I also wouldn't say "can you read" to me, because your paragraph is loaded with so many grammatical mistakes I have to think that English is your second language, or you're 11. Don't try to insult people when it's very clear to all which side here has a deficiency.
Show me multiple sales in the mid 4's pure for this hat. The burden of proof in SALES is on you, since you have one in your backpack and are trying to raise the price. YOU saying you asked 1 guy if he would sell for "4 in mixed" and he said "no, not even in pure", isn't any sort of proof, AND it's one owner, AND it's not justification to jack it up a bud or so. You also said 3 collectors, yet that includes you supposedly, and a screenshot of 1 other who is a collector (who could sell down the road, but isn't RIGHT NOW), but no proof of the 3rd.
Just seems like price manipulation coming from someone who started the price jack thread, but has one in his backpack with no proof of multiple sales up to 4.7, which is your suggestion.

thats what i am talking about. You dont want to normal discussion on price. You just wanted to get down my opinion without consideration, just wanted to say 'blah-blah-blah dont listen to her, she wants to gain". i ask myself why am i just talking with you and trying to prove my opinion, obviously this is kinda wasting time.
I agree, this is a waste of time and most people will see you're trying to jack the price of an unusual in your bp. Just because some isn't selling their unusual today doesn't mean they won't sell it in a month. Again, show me a couple sales in the 4.7 range. None? Didn't think so.
about 4.7 i also wrote in my first message. i am not sure, by stating 4.7 i wanted to put current middle price (~4.5) what is now 2 times used prise for sale. about "couple sales". about what couple sales you are talking about, if its only 5, 2 of them were not changed its owner about yeas and more, 1 is nowhere and 1 recently was sold and 1 is still for sale (bought from unboxer).
