Bottom line:

Frankly, the Bolgan is an unwanted hat, as nowadays many people prefer to either buy a demo craft hat or hats that are part of a set, such as the “pirate” set (Buccaneer’s Bicorne/Tippler’s Tricorne) or the “king of Scotland” set (Prince Tavish’s Crown). There is minimal demand for this hat, and looking through the buying trades on TF2OP, all are in the wish list as a craft hat, not something that the buyer wants individually. That being said, this price has not been updated in quite some time and therefore needs a small update. As you can see in Link 3, while one is selling for 1.55 refined, it has no buyers. Also, many trades on TF2OP are asking for 1 key, with obviously no success, or I would be raising this price instead. Selling for 1.66 refined in the 2 of the other trades proves to be difficult, and improbable. Selling at 1.33 refined is highly possible, as there are many buyers for 1.33 refined (scrap.tf :D).
