We do not know when he was named scammer , and charges against him (I know of many of cases when was accused falsely -steamRep) , On this hat is little information (1 at outpost , I found a second by chance ) .Link 3 - 3 good offer ~17-19 buds pure and here, does not matter how long ago it was- we do not have prices on it .
He is banned on outpost since 7 months and the guy that actually sells the hat declined his offer of a cloudy hallmark + 7 pure because he is a scammer.

The older sales don't quite make it to this high price, but current offers are pretty high. The high end might be a bit too high, but I guess it's a start...
